McDonnell signs with BHSU

Allan McDonnell, a senior at Wall High School, recently signed a letter of intent to Black Hills State University. He will be competing in basketball and outdoor track. Allan will be receiving an athletic scholarship and plans to major in Exercise Science. Allan is the son of Travis and Mandi McDonnell. Congratulations, Allan!
