Katheryn (Popsie) Schell Carneal, 79, of Kemmerer, WY, passed away July 24, 2024. Daughter of Blanche and William Schell, she will be missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Community Hall, Elm Springs, SD, on Saturday, August 3rd., at 11:00 am, followed by lunch.
