Work zones detours still in place east of Philip

The road construction project East of Philip on Highway 73 is moving along quite well, despite the recent rains. Construction of the box culvert located one and one-half miles east of Philip, and construction of the bridge located four and one-half miles east of Philip are anticipated through July 15th.  The two detours are still in place and heavy equipment and trucks are prevalent throughout the construction zones.
