New owners at Murdo Family Foods

Mike Musch, his wife Kim and their children Nick, 16 and Abby, 11 are from Rapid City, where Mike worked as the assistant store manager at Lowes. Before moving to Rapid City, they lived in the community of Lennox where Mike’s dad, Virg, built a grocery store that Mike bought and managed for close to seven years. 

The Musch’s said that they realize they have only been owners of the grocery store for about a week and a half, but it already feels like they made the right decision in buying it, because so many people in the community have been so welcoming to them and appreciative to have a grocery store.

The Musch’s also stated that they  “look forward to keeping the great traditions of friendly service that Murdo Family Foods is known for.” They welcome any comments, questions or suggestions that the community has.
