Faith Dental referral winner

Horizon Health Care recently held a fall promotion for anyone who referred a new patient to Faith Dental Clinic. The winner, who received a $250 gift certificate to the local business of their choice, was Ashley Reede of Dupree, SD. Horizon would like to thank everyone who made a referral during this promotion and since opening in 2016!
