Presently, TLC Electric employs four electricians who Clements describes, as very good electricians and further comments that between him and his employees that they bring over 40 years of experience to the company.

TLC Electric provides new commercial, residential, and farmstead construction services along with rewiring and repairs of existing structures. Clements commented, "we do about anything electrical" and wish to "bring trusted service to the community and do good work".

Clements and his wife, who works part-time at the Philip Health Services, Inc. in addition to the billing and administrative duties of TLC Electric, enjoy rural living. The rural community suits both well. They are raising a four-year-old son and are preparing for their second child which is on the way.
