Philip Scottie boys simply out-play Bennett County Warriors 69-53

Four objects cannot exist in the same space at the same time ... Scottie Nathan O’Dea created just enough room to make his shot, despite the best efforts of three of the Bennett County Warriors.

The Philip Scotties did more than hold their own during the basketball game against the Bennett County Warriors on Tuesday, January 23.

After scoring the first point, the Scottie varsity team fell behind until the last second of the first quarter 16-15. Immediately trailing again, they tied 26-26 with 2:30 left before the end of the second quarter, but went into halftime behind 30-32. The third quarter was back and forth, but Philip was ahead going into the fourth quarter 46-43. The Scotties then pulled away from Bennett County with some breathing room to finally win the game 69-53.
