Brucklacher receives national recognition

Brigitte Brucklacher, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) advisor at Philip High School, was recently recognized as a 2004 Adviser Mentor for having achieved the level of Master Adviser. She has devoted two years to new adviser assistance, assuming adult leadership roles in FCCLA, conducting adviser workshops, attending training sessions and using national and state FCCLA resources.

Nationwide, there are over 7,300 advisers for FCCLA. This year, during the national leadership meeting held July 14th in Chicago, IL, approximately 83 local chapter advisers were recognized. Only one – Brucklacher – was recognized in the state of South Dakota.
